Not at this time. All sessions are currently offered virtually to clients located throughout Texas. Limited in-person availability in Dallas will be added in the future. To join the interest list, email hello@wildfellpsychotherapy.com with “Dallas In-person Interest” in the subject line.

Wildfell Psychotherapy is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to determine whether your plan includes out-of-network behavioral health benefits.

Major credit cards, debit cards, and eligible HSA or FSA cards are accepted.

Yes. Reduced rates are available for active-duty military members, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS professionals. Current professional identification or documentation of military or veteran status is required to receive the reduced rate.

Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged the full session fee. When scheduling permits, one late-canceled appointment may be rescheduled within the same week without an additional charge. Same-week availability cannot be guaranteed.

No. Wildfell Psychotherapy is not an emergency or crisis-response service, and messages are not monitored continuously. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical assistance, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
